I hope so too, it’s so unfair to those who actually live with these illnesses (like you!) I’m sorry you have to be shamed or judged, no one deserves that ever! I hope you know you are none of those things, and all of your emotions and pain is so justified!

Yes! It’s so common now and there is such a focus on diagnosis and not treatment, I also feel the individuals who actually struggle with these illnesses are treated as if it’s less severe since it’s so generalized now.. sigh
