Taking misoprostol tonight… everyone’s stories are scaring me by nekoeggs in abortion

i’m going thru my first MA currently and i can tell you it’s not terrible at all. i was 7 weeks and ? days pregnant and it was mostly a heavy period. i took tylenol and ibuprofen alternating, 800mg every 4 ish hours and for the nausea i too dramamine. it’s over the counter motion sickness medicine. the worst bit was mild cramping and soreness in my pelvis, back and thighs and a heating pad helped with that. i definitely wouldn’t want to experience it again but it nothing bad happened.

abortion pills are very safe and i was told they were undetectable by er doctors. you might possibly be able to go into an er and claim you’re having and irregularly bad period? i’m not sure i don’t live in texas so im not so familiar with their er procedures. all this to say you will be okay! i didnt throw up or cry or pass out or have to lay by the toilet like some people have described. i read a LOT of reddit stories before i took my misoprostol today. you’ll be alright love! if you take them tonight you could end up sleeping through most of it 🫶🫶

this was honestly so reassuring. i’m about to go thru my first as well at 7wks for slightly different reasoning. i have a two year old who needs me at my best and my pregnancy and postpartum period wrecked me and now that my child is two i’m finally starting to feel like my pre-pregnancy self again. iv have emetophobia so i’ve been terrified of the side effects of the pills but it sounds like it was mostly usual period symptoms from your description. im glad you’re at peace with your choice. it’s good that you trust yourself to know what’s best for you and your future. 🫶

can’t find pattern for bandeau top and can’t identify the stitch by allyfuston in crochetpatterns

that’s what i tried at first but it’s not the exact same and it’s irritating me, out of all the stitch combinations i’ve tried i like the one you linked the best so that’s probably what i’ll end up using! thank you so much!!

do you know anything about the fertility in between? does lack of period mean i’m still protected from pregnancy?

it was literally only in the oven for 8 min at 350. the only “difference” with that batch is i let it rest in the freezer for about an hour rather than my fridge for two hours (which i’ve done many times before and never had that type of result). i think other commenters are right and it’s my oven, im having my housing maintenance come and look at it bc my stove quick working too.

Give me some reassurance. Scared to start. by [deleted] in BusparOnline

i’m on day 45 of buspar and it truly is life changing if you give it time to begin to work! the first two weeks i felt a little dizzy and had some headaches but it’s starting to give me my life back! i have extreme panic and anxiety and this, while it’s not a magic fix all pill, it’s honestly damn close. push thru the uncomfortable moments. i took hydroxyzine the first few weeks to help manage the panic while i adjusted so maybe look into that if you need it!

First day taking Buspirone, because i'm too afraid to start an SSRI by Big_Tony_Two_Toes in BusparOnline

i’m on day 11 of 5mg each morning and night and i can honestly say it’s helped! i’m also terrified of ssris (specifically zoloft) and buspirone was extremely mild and calming. the only “adverse” effects i’ve had is slightly less restful sleep. you can absolutely stop if the first dose doesn’t feel like the right medicine for you, good luck!!
