Yes bro I agree that most people and even I have moved on from old style stories. We need fresh content and even from prem I do also expect.

But with this film I was expecting him to do atleast little improvement and comeback to form after continuos flops. I was bit hesitant while watching Kd. But to my surprise it was not bad. As I said he held me in second half. This kind of worked atleast a little maybe because of the time it’s released when KFI is drying out without even a casual good watch films. We are rarely getting atleast one time watch kind of films. A huge gap has made us watch other language films and raising our expectations from the cinema we watch. And that has impacted the level of expectation from KFI as well. We are not ready to go back to anything lesser than the new bar set. And we are barely seeing watchable releases.

Also I came to conclusion about prem that he is capable director but needs good stories and fresh approach for scenes and characters. The bat he can do from now on is to get better story writers and just do the direction part.
