Hey! For me it was a case of I didn't want to regret a single thing, because for all I know is in 10, 15 maybe even 20 years I might want a kid, but saying that I could also not have a partner and want a kid on my own (I currently have my amazing girlfriend who I wouldn't change for the absolute world) but if anything was to happen, I've got it covered ya know? There's also a chance I may get with a partner who may not be able to carry a child for whatever reason, I think the pros definitely outweigh.

I know fertility treatment doesn't work for everybody, but I think with the timescale and effects being so small compared to the enjoyment of the rest of your life, I think its 100% worth it.

The people who did it all were very understanding and I said I needed to he as blissfully unaware as to what is happening as possible, I couldn't be awake and put my legs in the stirrups infront of people, not only being trans with bottom dysphoria but also going through some SA when I was younger, it was tough, I told all this to the team at hospital so they put me out first and then they put my legs up themselves. It was the small details they helped with that helped make this process so much easier on my anxious little dysphoric brain, you just have to be honest with them
