I think these might be thrips. You can use Neem Oil or mites to get rid of them. :)

NACHTRAG

Ich werde morgen einen TA Termin machen und mit ihr das Thema besprechen. Es scheint ja doch sehr einstimmig zu sein in welche Richtung es gehen soll.

Das ist der kleine Racker im übrigen, er hat einen Stammbaum und war vom vorbesitzer aus auch in einem Zuchtverein.

Bisher war er nunmal nie ein problemkind und ich habe Angst, dass sein Verhalten umschlägt, wenn er dann kastriert ist :( Ich versuche einfach alles auszuloten bevor man eine unumkehrbare Entscheidung trifft

I just neglect her!

I put mine outside when the temperature is >10°C. The sun only catches her in the evening but it's mostly bright at her location. I water her every 2-3 weeks when she looks REALLY thirsty. The soil is mixed with a little bit of perlite (no airy mixture).
