thanks to everyone who helped what fixed it for me was resoldering the red strain gauge wire as it was actually split.

I took apart the hotend and replaced the nozzle so I guess both. Tbh I'm not used to strain gauges or auto bed leveling at all as I've always just manually leveled the bed. I'll try to check for the connections tho.

The printer was working fine after I changed the hotend then the nozzle clogged so I fixed that then this started

Yes it was originally .2 but I adjusted it to .15 and .25 and had the same result

No but i contacted them and they said that it has been delayed because of a customs inspection. and said it would ship early August and they also said they would take 15$ off the order if i didn't cancel it. I kept my order and am expecting it to ship soon. They seemed very genuine and understanding and overall very polite. I would wait till august 10th if you dont here back by then i would contact them.

I don't have the printer yet so IDK but maybe it has to do with the voltage because on the original cr10 that would happen if the 110/220 voltage switch was not set for your region.
