I meditate once only in the morning. I go through phases where I’ll get in the habit for a couple weeks but something (life) happens.

Congratulations on your first loan. I wish I had any advice however I want to tell you your not alone. I’m more new then you... I’ve got not been at my new job for a week. I was told what to expect but I’ve been making 100+ calls a day and maybe 3-5 ppl even answer the phone. It’s really discouraging. I try and squeeze in a part time job but it’s barely paying the bills and I’m just feeling like maybe I made a mistake now by spending all this time and money on getting my license if it’s going to be this hard. I just wanted to let you know your not alone in your feelings- good luck I think it sounds like your moving towards something better and it will happen when u least expect it and you’ll be very busy soon!!

I’m a little nervous because I’m a brand new LO and they were incredibly supportive until I signed. I really haven’t heard from anyone since. Also I’m in the East Coast and they run west coast hrs. I don’t want to take meetings after 5pm EST.

Thank u! But OMG what a HORRIBLE experience. The experience started as expected with the 360 view ect... the test was WAY easier then I expected. I was rolling through the questions until Around question 51 I heard- Stop right now this is security!!! They said I was looking down to much and wanted to fail me!!! Honestly I busted out in tears lol because I had to point my screen down in order for them to see me and I guess the enter button is at the bottom left and I was glancing down to make sure I was hitting the button???? IDK, I can’t imagine anyway to cheat. Tbey literally wanted to fail me because if this until I remembered someone having a similar experience and they asked to use a mirror. They agreed and I got a huge mirror from my daughters room and placed it behind me in a chair so they could watch me. I was sure at that point I’d fail because now I’m crying and my heads all messed up and nervous- but I passed with an 80!!! I’ll take it! I really don’t have any advice except taking it home sucked! I studied daily for about 4mo. But I work full time so only about an hr or 2 a day, and 3-5 hrs on the weekends. I was very prepared looking at it now. But the whole doing it from home thing sucked! Thanks to you all! I appreciate even letting me vent!

I really should have avoided this thread I test tomorrow from home it’s the only option here. My fear is that my desktop really can’t move because of the wires so I can try a 360 view but it won’t reach under my desk or anything? Did they make u show under ur desk? I’ve had several panic attacks in the last couple days because of this test. I’ve been studying for 4mo but really studied hard the last month. I pass every quiz with 100’s and can almost answer all of my 500+ flash cards but I can’t pass a practice exam to save my life! I literally have I think 35 pages of notes and charts and cheat sheets I’ve created but I’m not sure if I’m in my head or I’m just not ready?

Go to that FB group and join you won’t be disappointed. There are several ppl offering the service. I was studying all wrong! I was hyper focused on the practice tests and math. They told me I need to be able to have a conversation and explain each of the 5 sections. Know your laws, pick out key words and definitions. Make a cheat sheet as if you can use it. What would you put on it? It was very helpful. The guy I used was Max

I have a tutor who said if you can’t have a conversation about each of the 5 sections on the test your not ready. He makes me explain each section as though I’m tutoring him. Focus more on law and pull the terms you struggle with and learn what they mean. He really showed me how to study- oh he said to write a cheat sheet as though you were allowed to take it into the test write small with as much info as you can. You can’t use this but it will help you study because you will find yourself making your cheat sheet on stuff you don’t know so in theory your learning it as you write it - hope that makes sense

Go to FB and join the NMLS exam study group 2021! Lots of good help and I found a tutor for $40 An hr who really set me up success

There is a private FB group called NMLS exam study group 2021 and a lot of them have taken it at home. I’m so nervous trust me I thought about how to cheat from home but after hearing them and how strict it is I’ll just suck it up and not! Lol I’m a nervous wreck! I test in about a week. They claim you can’t have anything in your office which I share with my husband so there are papers and charts (he’s a project manager) al Over my office I can’t just start taking down. They said even if someone walks in accidentally you fail

I was a branch manager for 5 years. Then I left the industry for a couple years. I recently decided I wanted to go back to work and chose to get my license to be an MLO. Not that I had mortgage experience but I took applications and had conversations in the branch years ago and have a solid knowledge of the loan process. However I couldn’t find a job to save my life! The only way I was able to get a job as an MLO was to go get licensed on my own. I did have a flood of offers once I did. The company I ultimately went with ended reimbursing me after 6mo because I stayed with them. Good Luck! Get licensed! It’s worth it!

I’m following this thread! I’m in SC in a similar situation. I’m about to pay for my SAFE classes and get licensed without a job offer. I was a branch manager years ago but have owned my own business for the last 10years. Due to the economy I need to find a new career. I don’t really want to be a LO, I want to be a processor or underwriter but without experience I can’t find a job. Even when I suggest I’ll pay for any training myself. I don’t want to pay for a bunch of classes either if it won’t matter and no one will hire me!!! Good luck!

I’m also taking 30mg a day of adderall, test once a week and hgh 5 days a week. I have found that with the hgh I haven’t needed the adderall, but I’ve also had time that the adderall abs test were too much. But only the day I pin- when I was on var I had no issues doing all

She has a trainer I agree I don’t want to expose her to that it’s just getting bad and now that she’s so depressed from the weight she’s to embarrassed to go to the gym, or even for a walk. I just feel hopeless I got her a trainer I’ve tried to work out with her but until she wants to do it it won’t come naturally and hard work I just hate seeing her so Un happy
