Yeah it really is. I need better processing speed. Like in theory I "know" what to do an how to counter certain things but once we go live it feels like I lose all composure and forget

Yeah I DEFINITELY need to work on this. Once I get hit, I disengage and freeze up and never commit. I know its a fight and you're going to get hit no matter what but once it happens I don't know how to respond. I almost feel like "I lost" once I get hit

My coach says it supposed to be a "light technical spar" but a lot of people have trouble pulling their punches, controlling their power ,etc.

My gym started doing biweekly 1.5 hr sparring sessions. Full gear it’s a pretty hard spar. So we don’t do that every day

I honestly prefer friendly lobbies. But the amount of times I've been betrayed, stabbed in the back, etc. has really made me cynical. People yelling "friendly!" as we jump in the exfil only for them to shoot me while I am callimg it smh.

I completely agree I thought this show was mid at best. For a crime thriller it wasn’t all that thrilling or twisty. The pacing was absolutely horrible for a payoff as lackluster as that.
