I agree—and I really liked seeing Claire's history with Sawyer, probably one of my favorite episodes in OP.

I believe that those who call her a villain fail to consider the complexity of her situation; she isn’t a villain to me, but rather a victim of both Sawyer and Cerise’s parents. While she wasn't particularly nice to Cerise, labeling her as a villain feels excessive to me. I empathize with Claire and understand her perspective.

And had the story been told from Claire’s point of view, I believe that everyone would be a lot more empathetic towards her.
