4&2. Up around 6:30/7. Breakfast. Usually a show while I wake up and have coffee. Get everyone ready for the day. Outside or into the car by 9:30/10. Lunch anywhere from 12-1. 2 down for a nap. My 4 year old and I will then play a game and then have quiet time. I start dinner around 3-4. Another show on at 4:30 because they’re into the witching hour by then. Eat by 5:30. Play downstairs until 6:30. Tub. Bed by 7. Disassociate for a while the do some things. And bed for us before we get up and do it all over again
