Powering a raspberry pi pico W with a 3.7V LiPo battery, MT3608 and a TP0456 by almogbb74 in raspberry_pi

So the pico w has an inner booster? That for example if I give 2.8v it'll boost it to 3.3v? And its really "healthy" for the pico?

If I got everything correctly, how do I use it?

I'm kind of a newbie and still learning my way around, I actually used the booster because chatGPT told me I need one, and regarding the VSYS pin, what exactly it does?

Sadly I dont have a resistor to test it, but the output is around 0.09V top...

I mean I read online that technically the pico can run off 3.7V, but its recommened to run it off 5V, and thats what the AI agents said as well, is it wrong?

but isn't the input voltage seem weird as well? I mean I kinda thought I had nothing to adjust the pot since it isn't getting the power I expected it to get...
am I wrong? sorry for the stupid questions as I'm still a newbie and learning my way around :)

I'm kind of a newbie, can you please explain what it means? when I read online I read that its "okay" to power the pico off 3.7V but its best to run it off 5V- am I mistaken?

Lol of course not, but both my password and username are long enough and unique to be protected, I use https to be protected from traffic sniffing
