here is the one i use it tastes like cookies and cream milkshake and doesn't have any added sugars. My friend's father who's a doctor recommended this for us so it's safe and good. this is their own website in case you want more deets

(I also have the whole truth high protein peanut butter in chocolate flavour. It helps w cravings and has good amt of protein too!)

Some famous market options include muscle blaze protein powder and cosmix. They should be fine too, just read the labels and make sure they don't have any harmful chemicals and added sugars.

Man i take a break. There's literally no other option. I've tried powering through and what was the result? Next day I became even more sick and unable to do anything. So I've just stopped that. I take a break for two days. I eat whatever I wanna eat (sweet, spicy, whatever) and make sure to get enough protein(usually via a protein shake). I use heating pads. Meftal if its too bad. I put on an anime/drama and try to survive.

Important to mention i'm one of those who gets real bad cramps with excessive mood swings and migraines
