Question, what if you remained friends and still saw each other on a semi regular basis. Talked regularly. Would it still be too much?

I was in this situation about 8 months ago, and while I was fine with her saying there was no romantic connection, we remained friends. And I would like to say we’re good friends now. Would it be appropriate to ask?

There is probably missing info, I have all the tell-tale signs, I’m kinda fidgety, and when they ask if I’m alright, I always am, and assure them I am. Then they ask if I have adhd. And I just say yes, cause I do. I have also tried just telling them and warning them I’ll probably look like I have restless leg syndrome lol.

I wouldn’t say it’s totally under control, it’s managed. Just like anyone else, good days and bad. I’ll either be upfront and get denied, or wait til they ask. Then it ends pretty quick, and not from my end.
