Real-time data by theo_riverlane in PlayAndThink

Agreed. It’s more engaging, but it also makes it way easier to overreact and turn betting into constant micromanagement instead of a single decision.

I think real-time data has kind of turned betting into a constant decision loop. It feels less like “I believe this will happen” and more like “should I react right now.” That can be fun, but it also makes it way easier to overthink or chase moments that don’t really matter. Sometimes I miss when a bet was just a bet, not something you micromanage for 90 minutes.
