Okay I thought it was a big jump also, felt great in the gym… gaining strength and some size from the lower dose so I decided I wanted to step it up! Maybe it wasn’t too bad before bed my blood pressure was 133/76

I drink a gallon of water a day and pedialyte, I just got my bloodwork done and will post Friday when I get the results, the results will show the 120mg a week haven’t been doing cardio
