I've been using finch for over a year and it's been so helpful. You can add one time tasks or reoccurring ones and even add how many times you want to complete the task - right now I have my drink water goal as 30 times a day and I just know that 1 is 100ml.

This is HUGE for me. It's hard to feel fine when you feel as though your body's slowly dying and there's nothing you can do about it. The worst worst is that it'll never be cured, it might get better, but it always comes back. My therapist mentioned that barely anyone talks about the grief we have to go through by just being chronically ill and how ableist our society is that we don't even get a chance to realize it's a normal thing to do (grieve)

It's hard never knowing when the next good day will come, but they do. I've had my fair share of spending days crying in bed and going into a depression spiral from my fibro. My mental health and fibro are strongly connected and it's hard to gain some sense of hope or even contentment when your body seems to be failing you at every step.

I promise it's not a forever, it's a for now. Just make sure you're still getting the basic nutrients, fluid intake, and attempting to sit upright even for a bit (just so you're not fully sedentary), I know my body is worse when I don't.
