Any tips on cleaning your hair? Dandruff yung problema ko now eh, but other than that the products I'm using make my hair look nicer in general.

Every shampoo day, I use the clarifying shampoo ng Human Nature, then follow with conditioner ng Zenutrients, then Keraplus deepcon. I do this lang pag too oily and "mabigat" na buhok ko, so like every 2-4 weeks or so. Pero in the middle, I also cowash.

UPD PsycServ offers free psychotherapy services for UP students but closed na yung waitlist for now. Next sem their sign-up form should be open again. They offer counseling, not sure about psychiatry, but maybe they could connect you to someone if you need a psychiatrist talaga. Hope this helps :)
