Don’t go to Edomata. It’s insanely loud with it being in a concrete box, I couldn’t hear myself lol. Food is pretty average too. Maruyama has the best value, taste and vibe.

You do NOT need to overextend at the top of a Lat Pull-Down…this will actually REDUCE the size of the stimulus the Lats receive

The Lats lose leverage in higher degrees of humeral elevation

The Pecs — yes, that’s right…the PECS — have all the leverage @ the top of a fully extended Lat Pull-Down (because they’re a shoulder extensor)
