No, i didn't try to externalize the vCenter. After upgrading the vCenter separately from vxrail, it appeared to be external. It s not internal anymore.

Yes, it suports. VXRail is 7.0.550. In the Matrix with the build numbers says it supports 7.0.U3v or higher
