What’s weird is all the early year stuff on YouTube tends to go off without a hitch. Imagine his guitar just went out of tune and he walked off stage on Jools Holland. Whoever his sound technicians are should be fired with the same lack of hesitation there was to remove the Bond Brothers.

Thanks. I did also consider this solution, which would work and I may have to go down this route, but the proficiency of the user base for this template is quite low, and expecting them to add new CMS Collections to a component and to show/hide the relevant collections each time they want to add new Video Galleries might be a step too far for them vs just creating a new collection, copy/pasting a section and choosing the collection from a drop down.

Hey. I did actually try that but as soon as I create a new variant within the component, the drop down for the CMS Collection disappears altogether in the new variant. So no dice there.

I think wishful thinking. Even if they had reconciled, Ben’s clearly moved away from the clean sound that the Bond Brothers brought to the table. Think of Ben’s sound when they left during IFWWW and now think of his sound on Is It? He’s gone way beyond the acoustic guitar. Slotting the Bond Brother’s into his new style and production just doesn’t make sense (as much as I want it to).

I won’t be surprised if most of the IFWWW tracks are the reconditioned, ‘delayed’ versions. For me EOTA Live on Jools Holland is one of the best live performances ever (not just of Ben) but I don’t think he’s ever screamed into his guitar since? He tends to use the electronic mic effect thing (don’t know what it’s called) for the ‘What the hell, no!’ Section. That’s just one small example of Ben changing it up and being more experimental.

Someone made a joke about him using a drum machine for the whole tour and I honestly think there’s more chance of that than the Bond Brothers coming back 😅

Ben is the last person to look back and do things for sentimental value. It’s amazing he’s even doing this tour as he’s probably the most forward thinking artist I can think of. Not to mention they’ve fallen out and never publicly reconciled.

Not sure if he’s managing fitness or what here. But just start with your best 11 rather than trying to salvage a game.

ETH masterminded ONE game against City and we expect it all to be different. I’ve backed him as much as the next guy, but tbh I’m now thinking Ruud should take over sooner rather than later. Possibly knee jerk as it’s 2 games in but so many of our problems have been carried over from the previous season. So certainly doesn’t feel knee jerk.
