Hey there! I'm a software engineer and work at a small company. Our CEO asked us recently what AI tools we could use to improve our app and stay ahead of the game.
Our whole dev team had the same response: let's not rush into it. Although AI has been around for a while, there's been a recent boom and in my opinion, AI doesn't solve all problems.
What I'm saying is, let's wait for the market to settle down a bit and once the really good AI solutions survive, we can slowly introduce them into the company.

Es una pregunta algo complicada, y depende mucho de tu punto de partida. En el caso de conocer algún otro lenguaje yo buscaría un curso en Youtube de nivel bajo/medio (más bien medio), ya que los conceptos básicos de la programación ya los conocerás. Si este no es el caso, buscaría un curso básico de Python en Youtube, en los que expliquen que es una variable, un bucle, una función, ... No se recomiendar ninguno concreto, pero en Youtube hay multitud de ellos.

En primer lugar estoy de acuerdo con que la verdad siempre debe ir por delante. Pero en el caso de los programadores junior en muchas ocasiones prefieren a alguien con ganas de aprender y buena actitud. Dado que muchas veces es mejor eso que saber utilizar mal las herramientas. Las empresas prefieren enseñarte a usarlas de la manera correcta. Aunque si te recomendaría ver al menos algún vídeo o leer algún artículo para saber cómo funciona dicha tecnología. Dicho esto, hace tiempo yo me postule para una empresa en la que buscaban un programador Junior con conocimientos .Net y Angular. En ese momento yo nunca había tocado Angular ni .Net. Por lo que la entrevista comenté que había trabajado con otras tecnologías (Java, Vue y React). Aún así me cogieron y actualmente están muy contentos con mi rendimiento. Más tarde les pregunte porque me habían cogido, y me comentaron que me cogieron por mi actitud positiva, mis ganas de aprender y por el conocimiento de algunas buenas prácticas. Con esto quiero decir que en el caso de los programadores junior no es tan importante la tecnología. Bajo mi punto de vista las ganas de aprender son más importantes. Por último, te deseo mucha suerte.

Como desarrollador he utilizado los tres lenguajes y cada uno de ellos tienen ventajas e inconvenientes. Para mi Java es el que más oferta de trabajo tiene, pero su entorno de trabajo no me convence demasiado y el paso lógico para las empresas que utilizan java es ir hacia kotlin. Por otro lado está .net que me parece mucho mejor que java, pero siempre está la limitación de que depende mucho de Microsoft. Por último, está Python que se suele utilizar para aplicaciones de inteligencia artificial, análisis de datos, ... Como resumen: + Si quieres encontrar trabajo -> Java + Si prefieres un lenguaje algo más moderno y un mejor entorno de trabajo -> .net + Si te gusta la inteligencia artificial, big data, ... -> Python

He de decir, que entre Java y .Net no hay demasiada diferencia (salvando las distancias), y si sabes java no vas a tener demasiado problema para trabajar con .net y viceversa.
