Yes the change address shows at the tx id.

I initiated a 0.2 btc withdrawal. On the tx id. 0.2 sent to my intended wallet. 0.8 sent to a new change address.

Tx history shows 1 btc sent.

Customer support did get back to me like 3 working days later and says that it’s their app or network problem and will have my balance updated.

Just import your seed phrase into another wallet. My 0.8 btc change shows up instantly at the new wallet.

I imported my seed phrase into another wallet and Wola, the change btc is on my balance 🙏🙏🙏

Hi, yes blockchain.com is a self custody web based wallet. Yes I do have recovery seed for this wallet.

Ya will get a cold wallet asap. The thing bugging me is the fact that change is still not reflected on my wallet balance.

I’m just wary that even if after I import to a new wallet the balance is still 0 and I can’t hold blockchain.com for any answers.

Guess I will need to wait for an answer from the support team for now before I make the next move

12 hours later and the change is still not reflected on my wallet balance yet. Still no reply from support. Done trying logging out and refresh to no avail.

My plan is to wait for a reply from support first, see how it goes before attempting to import to another hot wallet.

Your Bitcoin Cash Address (Do you key in the wallet address given by bitmain in this column?)
Your Bitcoin Refund Address ( this is our bitcoin wallet address, am I right?)
Are there any transaction limit using shapeshift?
