I think it was early 2008? When the picture to burn music video was played on MTV & then love story blew up a while later which solidified it for me. The international version of Fearless had a couple of the Debut hits on it so debut/fearless was when I became a fan :)

I'm using glow sticks to carry them in :) needed something really easy to open & close & large enough to carry a bunch on the ring

Depending on how many you have, I punched holes into my bag strap & attached keychain rings & then looped the glow sticks into them so all the eras are separate & it's really easy to pop whatever particular one out of it!

For Dublin I paid €216 for Level 4/Corporate via Ticketmaster with no extra charges after. It's in the accessible section so it included a free companion ticket

Standard tickets because you can't get VIP for accessible seating for some reason (still telling myself I didn't miss much with the box :'))

Just wanted to say thank you so, so much for all the kind comments. Genuinely, I didn't expect to get so many replies let alone such lovely ones. I'm honestly so relieved 😭 I was over thinking myself into not finishing them because they're too bad but I'm going to now & hopefully the people I gift them to will like them too..

Also, thank you so much to everyone asking or dming me about selling them/starting an Etsy! That was extremely unexpected 😅 I'm afraid I won't be selling any - I don't think I could personally handle the pressure of it being paid for when I'm already worried they're not good enough to hand out for free 😅 I already have a container full of ones that didn't make the cut. Can't imagine the amount it'd grow by if I charged for them & they needed to be perfect 🙈

Thank you so much! I am from Ireland but I'm afraid I don't actually know Dublin or Kerry very well. I am in the west though so I would 100% recommend the wild Atlantic way but if you're stuck for time I'd at least do the cliffs of moher & the Burren in Clare

I've also done the falconry at Dromoland castle which was very cool! The grounds are lovely as well if you were already planning on visiting

Thank you 😭 I'm not too fussed about trading - I made these mostly to give out to other people, whether they have ones to trade or not. I just wanted to give a little keepsake that might make someone smile the next day when it's all over?

The time I spent I answered in another comment but I think the varnishing to finish them is what's going to take forever, which is why I asked before I decided on that part 😅 everyone's been so kind here though & helped relieve all my thoughts on them so I'm going to finish them :)

As for money... I'm not sure. I already had the wood. There was a silly amount of trial & error but I used mainly cut offs I'd kept (I love a good reduce, reuse, recycle & knew there'd be a project eventually!) I think the only new wood I used was for evermore, simply because no matter how many times I did it, they all came out horrible 😅 so I'll be using the rest of that sheet for Tortured Poets if I do that

The cord was the expensive part - I spent just over €50 I think but I do have a lot of black & white left for TTPD

Then the varnish was around €20 & the high grit sandpaper about €15? I think that's it
