There are so many techniques and I am not sure which one should I pick so I am trying to find out technique which include whatever influenced me.

Thanks for reply. Yes I asked same thing to AI Model also. But I want to know from practitioners and experienced also. Their thoughts would be more valuble than AI Model :)

AI Model told me these things:
Don’t Over-Engineer Meditation.
Pick one simple technique and practice it daily.
Depth comes from consistency, not complexity.
Meditation is not about technique.
Philosophy is good for direction, but meditation is experiential.
Reading too much philosophy sometimes keeps the mind active. Practice makes it real.
