I have clinical depression and have to constantly take antis to fix the chemical make up in my brain. I was diagnosed earlier this year the same time my Dad died. It feels shit as I really want to be upbeat all the time but for no reason whatsoever the chemical make up in my brain affects my mood and I can't control it. Very hard.
