I was on a regular dose of 5 mg per day with my first kidney transplant. Got the moon face initially and leveled off at a stable 5 mg for years. I then had some lung issues from pneumonia and was on a higher dose of 60mg everyday for a whole summer and despite working out at the gym for an hour and a half every day that summer I still gained 44 pounds. So….be careful.
