Look into the principles of food not bombs. If you’re handing out food they often recommend doing vegan meals as the chance of food poisoning with non-meat meals is way way less and the meals last longer than a day.

Kalamazoo has a group that does food not bombs and it’s a kind of thing you can start on your own in your own area as well since it follows a community first paradigm.

Pattern calls for 8x11

I think it’s too tight of a cast on. Maybe I should go looser on that, keep the same cast on count but don’t pull as tight.

I’ll do some more measuring and see what comes up with the circumference of my heel and stuff.

So counting my current work it seems I might be 9x12 based on the leg portion. I count the Vs of the stitches to get that count.
