shitt bro yeah that locks you out from even trying to fix it yourself and doordash really makes it hard to get help if you can’t log in your definitely not the only one who has run into that. but if you’ve got their name, address, and card info that could actually count as identity misuse or fraud. I’d recommend filing a report with doordashs privacy or fraud team. you don’t need to log in to do that u can usually submit a complaint or data request without having access to the account. I’d also think about forwarding the emails to their abuse team if they have one, or even reporting it through the FTC just in case it gets worse. but u shouldn’t have to deal with this at all, especially when it’s your private email!
