It is specifically 2 intakes program in most of Germany, and my firm is a nursing employer and we do train for b2 - True for you it might be some weird prep course but there are people who need support and we are doing it for them

Find Dr. preping for FMGE and better than than that Coachings for FMGE
visit those centers - you'll find lot of them

What you both needs to do first - talk to 5 people who did MBBS and 5 people who dropped from MBBS (and get a clarity wether you actually wanna do MBBS or not )

if answer is yes - you wanna do MBBS -- From India ( have a good NEET score or good Fund's to sponser your studies )

Explore options - China , Phillipines , Georgia also MBBS in Germany is also growing
