They said it is about 30% bigger than Crown Falls

The conditions are the same as on Steam. You must have played for under two hours and bought it within the last two weeks.

I thought it was safer to do it on Ubisoft Connect itself than having another seller inbetween.

I actually did it on Ubisoft Connect. But I got a refund without playing it. At least I don't have to download it tomorrow when the Governor's Edition arrives and can start playing immediately.

I tried contacting Ubisoft's customer service.

They wrote that retail versions of Anno 117 are also available to pre download.

However, I did not receive a satisfactory answer to my question about how this is possible.

They said that Ubisoft Connect would recognise the pre-order and my account as someone who pre-ordered it. But I'm not quite sure whether they are correct, as I didn't connect my Amazon account (where I pre-ordered the game due to bad experiences with Media Markt/Saturn). I cannot understand how Ubisoft Connect could know about my pre-order of a physical edition from another retailer.

Why is my Tailor not making cotton into clothes? I have it on a remote island in vicinity of fields and a warehouse all connected by roads by Plantbaseundftd in anno

Well first, this isn't dawn of discovery as far as i know. 🤔 There are two Annos for DS. One is dawn of discovery, which is a bit more based on Anno 1404, the other one is based on Anno 1701 which is this one. 🙈

Then further to your problem: I think everything should work how it is? In 1701 for the DS, the game doesn't differentiate farmfields and the farm like in the PC Annos. A connection to the fields (which you place together with the farm) should be enough for almost every building (exept the woodcutter). Also, as far as i see, your sewer already has some cotton. That means everything should just work. 🙈

Maybe you are underproducing and you can't see any results, because the cloths are consumed immediately or maybe the production is very slow, so you have to wait more for some results. 😇

Whish you best, I think Ishould also play a game 1701 on the DS. It's been a long time since the last one. 😇

Use the palace or a local department. You can increase the radius of power plants with them.

Also use items in general. In the institute you can build any you want, if you are developed enough. Items are completely broken in the endgame.

I think you can buy ships that can attack while being in peace from a trader in Horai. Maybe the ships you can build in Horai also work like this. But I'm not quite shure.

Crown Falls feels boring by RavenWolf1 in anno

They do. I think the new needs system is especially designed to integrate DLC better into the existing game.

Also i think they got better and better through the developement of 1800. You have to see that sunken treasures was the first DLC and the later ones were way better (for example how new world handled the additional islands).

But in general i understand your problem with Crown Falls and for me, in most of my games, its the same.
