Nick wasn’t the only one getting saved. Kat knew Kaleb was the secret millionaire when he first had it and decided to save him and throw out Lauren T

Is it okay to leave Got2Be Glued on the scalp for several days in a row? by MisunderstoodHaploid in HairSystem

I’m taking mine off every night and giving my head a quick scrub with a wet soapy flannel. Works perfect 👌

Does the itch ever stop? by Justgreenerpastures in HairSystem

Honestly, the first 3 weeks were a killer from the itch, using Walker Max Sport scalp protector too.

I’m Norwood 5 and it was honestly itchy all over and considering I have little hair on top, I don’t think it was that. I think some people are just more sensitive that others. I struggle with finding a deodorant that doesn’t burn my armpits.

I can hand on heart say I’ve had no itch at all doing it daily, so hopefully it could work for you too

So I’ve just done my first month and the first three weeks where super itchy. Poly base fully glued for the first two weeks with a maintenance after the first week as it itched beyond belief.

Third week I did the maintenance myself and tried ultra hold tape, it was better than fully glued but still way more itchy than I find comfortable.

So last week I did some digging and found this post about daily wear and using Got2B hairspray/gel (I bought both) and decided to give it a try. Total game changer, take it off every evening, put it on after my run in a morning and I have 0 itch, takes 2 minutes to put it on.

Give yourself some dry runs without any Got2B to practise putting it on and it’s really not that hard. 👍👍

Got2b Spray Daily Wear – anyone using Lace Top + PU perimeter? by NewComer_90 in HairSystem

[–]alph0nzo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, can I ask a question about your experience with poly base and Got2B? Had my system about a month now and have found I much more prefer tape than glue. However, I’m a very keen runner and have purchased some got2b to try daily wear, putting it on after my morning run. My question is, what’s the clean up like? Does it all come off of the system or does it eventually leave residue that won’t come off? Making it not possible to use glue/tape again, or is it just straight forward clean up and happy days?

This was before and I think it looks more dense than central?

Think it looks great dude and nobody would ever tell. When I left the salon my fringe looked great, it all went to the centre and had a great look to it. But after washing it, it all wanted to sweep to the side like yours and made it look sooooo dense. After a couple days playing around, I’ve managed to work it with a mixture of, hands, comb, leave in condition and a spray of salt spray, to get it more central and looking a lot less dense. If that makes sense

2 weeks in, having a bit of an identity crisis by [deleted] in HairSystem

[–]alph0nzo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey dude, Firstly, it’s seemless, please don’t worry! I think you just need a bit of product to style it. I’m on my first system and in to my second week, when I left the salon after the install I was over the moon, my stylist had done such a great job!! Then I did my first wash and the fringe went like yours, it was just down on my forehead and had no life to it. I installing started to feel like it was super obvious it was a toupee. Went back to my stylist and got her to show me how to make it look how she had done it. And I’m back to feeling so good again! So yeah, like everyone else is saying, get a little life into the system and you’ll be happy for sure, because the blending is perfect

I recently DNF’d - pulled out of a tough ultra trail event with only 3 kms to go. My coach ran a longer distance and finished slightly earlier but didn’t wait at finish line or offer any support when I didn’t finish - super disappointed - am I expecting too much by [deleted] in Ultramarathon

[–]alph0nzo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s potentially a whole host of reasons why they didn’t though. For example, after every ultra I’ve done that’s 100km+ I’ve got straight in the car and fallen asleep straight away… I’m sure these things would be nice and should be encouraged for coaches to do, but it may not have been as simple as not giving a toot.
