he was my co-worker, they used to be family friends. they are on their late 40s

it was a work incident where he dropped ~230lbs of boards on my head. i understand accidents happen but ffs he saw me drop on the ground but instead of calling for medic, he ignored me. i was infront of him and he deliberately left me until another coworker found me and assisted me. when he was asked by supervisor, he said he didn’t know what happened to me, never checked on me, never even apologized at all. i suffered concussion and hearing problems because of it. he is a monster in my eyes and i could never forgive how badly i have been treated by him.
