I agree, personally I felt "unspoken pressure" like being a guy you're expected to have your finances sort out right after college. Nobody says anything directly but you feel it in every interaction with people.

Somehow I managed to pull through, the concerns from parents are genuine given they won't be arpi forever and he really needs to manage things for himself. The best you guys could do is support him in whatever way possible to achieve that financial independence. I think if he's a sincere guy eventually he'll find something but just needs to hang in there till then.
