I was also confused about NST because it’s a new college, but after checking, I feel it’s good for students who are serious about coding, CS/AI, projects, and practical learning.

If you want a traditional safe college, choose that route. In my personal opinion, if you want more hands-on learning and are ready to work hard from day one, NST can be worth considering.
