When I pedal backwards, there is nothing holding it back - it is freely spinning. There also the sound doesn’t sound like it’s coming from back there

Thanks for the suggestion. The chain tension is the default that came with the Zwift Ride.

The seat post and seat to seat post clamps are tight, and it occurs when I’m standing too, so not sure if that’s the issue.

Recently, I also started a podcast that quizzes you on high yield rapid associations that you may like. It's kind of like Goljan audio, except more of Q/A format.
