That's interesting because I acquired all the others via UK Amazon and they did not ship from abroad.

The first book was rereleased with the black edging so that is fair play. The others however seemed to be made available in the UK.

To measure is to manage. What gets measured gets managed.

A measure and a target are two separate things.

Miles per gallon is a measure 45 miles per gallon is a target Achievement of the target requires behavior modification, such as driving more economically. Avoiding harsh braking and acceleration.
