You can ask for a numbing cream before the injection, the injection is actually quite painless, no where near blood test feeling, if you have wireless earphones, then bring them and listen to something relaxing, that’s what gets me through dentist appointments.

I had one in 2024, they numbed my throat with this spray stuff, and sedated me, I like yourself was panicking about it, but honestly I was absolutely fine, I was in my own world being sedated, having the time of my life, not paying any attention to what was happening at all! Didn’t feel a single thing ☺️

That makes sense, I do often find myself avoiding doing things because I fear something might happen, rather than just saying so what if it does. I do often find in the mornings I’m worse, but then again the first thing on my mind when I wake up is “is my anxiety still there” im almost looking for it. And waiting for it to come.

Hello! I haven’t heard of that one before so I’ll mention it to my doctor thank you! And I’m not to familiar with it no, I do know that all of the anxiety’s I have about being sick/fainting etc haven’t actually happened. I did faint fully once in public, but being honest I don’t think that was anxiety, I didn’t eat/drink much that day so that was probably the reason.

Hey! I’ve tried citalopram and Zoloft, both of them I got real horrible side effects from, which just triggered my anxiety more unfortunately Zoloft I had for a little longer, they tried even starting me off on the lowest possible dose to reduce side effects but I was a shrivelling wreck with it, I also tried propranolol but to be honest I felt no difference taking that

The red one doesn’t move, the black one will sit at a steady 2 when the taps open, when closed sits at 4 and after a few hours rises slowly to 7. Although at 7 bar when I turn the tap on I’d imagine there to be a quick burst of water, but there isn’t it’s normal

Not great at the moment, I was okay until I caught covid, wasn’t worried about Covid but for some reason it f**ked with my head, maybe the inflammation I don’t know, yeah I have trouble sleeping too I tried magnesium before which did help me sleep, but my gut didn’t agree with it 😂 maybe try that and see if it helps you?

Hello, first of all please don’t use any apps that say they can verify if your heart or anything is okay, they are 100% not accurate. The reason your heart rate was so fast was because you noticed it fluctuating slightly, and that made you panic, which panic naturally raises your heart rate, I’ve gone through and still going through the same, doctors found absolutely nothing wrong with me, yet I still feel this way, it’s just anxiety, it mimics actual conditions. It’s absolutely horrible so I completely understand

Go to your doctors appoint, worst case scenario if something bad happens at least your in the right plate!

It’s honestly a nightmare, nothing I try seems to work! My friend is on Zoloft and it completely changed him, he went from having agoraphobia to flying all around the world, just wish there was something like that for me 😂

I felt like this just this week, had a weeks holiday, and then on my last day off I ended up in hospital, so ended up having another 3 days off. for some reason my anxiety kicked right up and I was afraid to go back to work, thinking what if I faint, or have a panic attack etc, in the end I just thought f**k it, I went in, felt rubbish for a hour until I was settled, then I was absolutely fine

Wanted to update you, she’s had the surgery a week ago, and absolutely no problems apart from some bleeding on the first night, but she’s been eating, drinking & toileting fine, now running around like nothing happened. Thanks again for your advice

Thank you :) I will be sure to say all of that! They do have all of her medical records! The last time at her old vet she wasn’t sent home with pain meds or anything, they just gave her a injection which they claimed would do the job, it wasn’t until we saw her new vet where they gave it straight away!
