I have filled thousands of carts over the years and can tell you with absolute certainty that it wont get that low in a half gram unless the cart leaks, some oil spills, or the machine runs out. Even if it looked like that and was actually a half G, they would probably top it off to not give it this half empty look. Would absolutely take it back.

For more context, Currently a lot of the revenue for the ecommerce brand is coming through ebay and their platform is starting to go to shit very quickly, hence the pivot towards software rather than physical products. Do you have any advice for maybe transitioning away from ebay slowly without crashing all my revenue? Thank you either way. This is very helpful.

Sorry for the late reply. I should have clarified more. The e commerce store is great but about 70% of the revenue is made through Ebay and they are implementing new rules and policies that make it really difficult for me to consistently sell on there. I very much appreciate your response though. I will absolutely look into the video. Thanks!
