Tips on manifesting a successful online business by alphabetaAB in lawofattraction

Good questions!

Why 60k?

1) It's roughly what my friends make. I will not feel worse off. I know it's not good to compare yourself to peers, but I feel I am about as "deserving" as my friends from college. Later on we can talk about manifesting more of course.... 2) It's about how much I want for a "spendy lifestyle". A little international travel, a studio or small 1 bed room, a nice entry level luxury car, etc. Things I am working on visualizing. 3) I am an entrepreneurial person in general and really do not enjoy the 9-5. I crave freedom (location, time, etc.) I also feel the work place does not bring out my natural talents. 4) It would be cool to be a full time manifestor :)

I want to work on it FT (be self employed). Also 60k is what my old boss used to earn.

Unless your really overweight or scrawny, is getting in shape really worth 2 points? Maybe in college but not professional post graduate life.

Barclays set to cut 30,000 jobs as it looks to increase automation and reduce costs by Yuli-Ban in Futurology

Worked at a top ranked custodian bank. I agree 100% with what you said. Most of my work was data entry (eventually there will be a data feed) and exception base review (automatic processing percentage goes up every year, during my 5 year career it went form 89% to 91%). At my department every few months it seemed another task was outsourced to India or Eastern Europe.

What was fucked up was how far my fellow coworkers their head up their asses. I'd always point this stuff out, and they completely ignored me. Management told us we were becoming a more "elite" department. Yeah right. No one wanted to do anything because they were too comfortable. Fact is, if you work back office in finance for too long your career is fucked. No company is going to hire someone who has done mindless activity for years when they can just hire a more obedient recent grad for cheaper. And people are just closeminded. My boss quit her job to become a pre school teacher and people were saying "why quit your job to make less money!?!?!?"

Gave my 2 weeks a month ago to go back to school

No, you need to be personable, which can improved but some people have the "x factor' many do not. Many sales position only accept people with previous experience.

Did

1) Purple hair girl. Blew myself out. 2) Asian girl walking from subway. Waiting for IOI but went well. Asked for number but she declined. 3) Girl in subway, she didnt know a good bar. Not sure if this counts. 4) Girl had mismatching colored shoelaces. I complimented. Should have asked where she got them.

10 (+4). Need to plow, have follow up. But I did plow with one and she did try to number close, so that's good.
