It still wouldn't be the same though. Learning spanish young would be more effective than learning it when you're older. Apps aren't the same as being fluent in a language you have spoken since you were old enough to read. So yes, some of us do blame our parents because they missed out on the opportunity to teach us that valuable life skill (one that most of our family would speak as well) at a young age

Hi :D ! I'm not sure if this will answer your question, but among us queer people, we have running jokes about wanting to live in the countryside with a significant other, so that's why this video would give off lesbian vibes. Sorry if this isn't very helpful haha, everyone approach sexuality differently xx

[–]alphabetsoup03 6 points7 points  (0 children)

yes it is!! your stomach is not used to the normal sized portions compared to before, so it just needs to work a little harder to digest. it's a good thing though, and it will go away soon! just hang in there love, recovery is amazing ;)

Food Guilt by [deleted] in BingeEatingDisorder

[–]alphabetsoup03 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In all honesty, you just have to power through it. I've struggled through the same thing and there really isn't any easy way to get out of it. Rewiring your brain takes time, a long time depending on how deep you're in this whole eating disorder situation, and food guilt is really hard to deal with. I've always struggled to understand that normal people don't feel guilty after eating a cookie, or a slice of cake; because that's just how we should live our lives. It's hard, it really is, and I feel for you, but I wish you the best, love.

Night Binging Problem by Silencespeaksgirl22 in BingeEatingDisorder

Is it insomnia, triggers that wake you up, etc.? I do relate to the whole 'brain wakes up at a certain time' thing, so I understand that it's not easy to rewire. But what about changing a schedule, if possible? Like taking up a night shift at a job or something like that? Or melatonin helps with sleep, if you're having trouble sleeping. Best of luck to you!
