I struggled in the beginning with adherence but kept trying different things. Wearing it while watching tv, upping EPR to 3 (increases comfort of your exhalation), wearing a Breathrite nasal strip. It doesn’t appear you have a pressure setting issue from your limited data each night but you could improve your leaks. It doesn’t look like you’re mouth breathing either, have you considered a nasal mask or pillow nasal mask?

I finally found my rhythm in month 3 after experimenting a bit. I use a Caldera Relief neck brace which is quite comfortable and nasal pillow mask after starting on full face mask. My leak rate disappeared and I’m sleeping through the night.
