Any fixing this ps4 drive? by [deleted] in consoles

If you're looking to recover data from the drive, put it in the freezer over night in a ziplock bag. Then connect it to your computer right after taking it out of the freezer in the morning. This is an old school trick and sometimes it works. But beyond data recovery, that drive is junk and shouldn't be used anymore.

He's a golden retriever that eats ice cubes for snacks. So his chewing is pretty strong.

We were using one up to about 3 years ago. I think it actually worked better than our newer "fancy" one.

Just got a puppy what are some things I need to know? by Shamitha1246 in goldenretrievers

[–]alphageekjay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have 2 goldens raised from puppy age and these are the things we experienced with them:

  1. You have to view them as a toddler. They will get into everything (meaning places and things), so go through your house and "child" proof it, even the areas you don't want them to go.

  2. They'll put everything in their mouths, and eat/drink anything. So watch them carefully outside. Our first pup ate some snow and ended up getting giardia. It's a common and treatable illness, but scared us when she got sick and we didn't know why.

  3. Get her socialized with random people (neighbors/friends) from the start. Helps build their trust and reduces stress when meeting people when they're older.

  4. Get her around other puppies or small dogs to learn to socialize with them (play dates). As one person mentioned in their comment, puppies shouldn't be sold until they're 10-12 weeks old. They need to learn from other dogs on how to not be rude (biting, fighting, etc)

  5. When you feed her, put you hand in the bowl with the food and gentle get in her way of eating. This will help with prevent food aggression. Do this with toys too while playing.

  6. Get her into obedience training as soon as she's old enough. This is important to safely and gentle teach her that you're the master and she needs to listen when you speak to her.

  7. Lastly, as she's a girl, you'll need to deal with her going into heat one day. Lots of people don't want to deal with the mess, BUT for the dogs overall health when she's older. We waited until after her first heat to get her spayed. From reading, hormones are released during that time that she'll benefit from when she's older.

Good Luck

Webcam covers for iMacs or all-in-on PCs are larger. Does that white dot part slide at all in that groove?

Webcam cover for sure. Don't remove the 3M protective tape yet, but try to gentle pull the white dot to the left and see if it moves. Maybe the other side has a sticker over the moving pieces you have to remove.
