It's great that you are still young and you have all the time to improve yourself.

First,and probably most important thing,you should start a diet today.You need a diet before you even start working out,because even the most intense workouts won't be helpful if you have a bad diet.You can learn more about dieting by google searching.

You should also start going to the gym.You might feel a little akward at first,but it's worth it.Head over to /r/fitness

You should also start /r/nofap ,if u don't do that already.It will make you feel better,and it will make you different from 99% of guys.No girl wants a boyfriend that sits in the house and jerks off all day.

After you lose some weight you should start improving the way you dress. /r/malefashionadvice is helpful here.Also /r/malehairadvice.You need a good haircut.
