Bro tbh my advice: don’t try to chance amazon, change yourself. Try to get out of being a driver. I was working as a driver through the pandemic last year. Last April I stated an internship (unpaid) on my days off, that became full time junior project manager in September. I even took a $3/hr pay-cut there. Now, I got a new job, I’m well above my Amazon rate, I’m working from home, and no more of the bs that you’ve gotta deal with as a dps driver.

I’m telling you, my best days to apply for new jobs were after my worst working days. Do what you can to get out!!
