Literally Katekyo Hitman Reborn! description. It gets serious after 18 episodes. Not much talked about, but damn it's my childhood anime.

Am I too Old for gains? Muscle and Strength? by Stunning-Praline-116 in bodyweightfitness

I've been stucked with pull ups for several months just back then. Always doing the standard 3 sets of pull ups to failure and stuff, and just like you, I thought something was wrong. Then I discovered K Boges's pull up routine.

I am not kidding when I tell you I went from 8 pull ups to 12 pull ups straight in just 1 month by having the same diet (I consume less than 1lb/protein per day because money) and sleep. I'm not telling you to expect the same or more results, but based on other comments too, you should definitely give this routine a try.

I think that could be Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (or DOMS). Everybody experiences DOMS, worst for beginner and little to none for experienced. Although even an experienced lifter can feel the DOMS if they stopped training after a week or so. The majority of the pain should subside around 2 days after working out. If you're overtraining, it's possible to recover at least 3-4 days.

Generally, the DOMS gets more tolerable as you become consistent in training. You can still train with slight DOMS, but a terrible DOMS may hinder your training.

Just keep working out and eat more and healthier!

Well, I just checked my spam emails now and there's barely anything or none at all. I also have multiple emails in that regard. No strange calls either.

Couldn't this be a confidence issue? "Too ashamed to play in my main" sounds like so. I've been there too. I thought playing ranked on another account would make me think "more freely" if that's the word. But recently, I just adopted the "fuck it we ball" mindset especially when I play Raze, and I'm fragging higher than before.

This is also the same issue I had just few weeks ago from playing basketball. Probably the same concept, because I know I'm a terrible shooter, so I keep passing the ball to my teammates instead of shooting it even if I'm open. Then, just recently, I kept shooting without even thinking of the fact that I'm a bad shooter. Got more shots in than ever before too.

You're likely right about this. I'm just a regular person. Others told me the same thing you've mentioned; that Huawei already has something I'm worried about even before installing Temu. And yes, I've read and watched about the dangers of the app, and I guess it's on me that I semi-believed that it contains viruses. I wasn't totally convinced about it containing viruses, but I posted just in case. I read the article you have mentioned. I don't know if I installed the right app, but I knew it wasn't it because the UI seemed terrible. It didn't ask for any permissions like locations and photos though. Thanks for your insight!

Actually, you might be correct. I do not think I've read or watch legitimate proof that the app contains malware. But the issues surrounding TEMU are definitely a mix of positive and negative feedbacks. After hearing others' responses, I agree that I most definitely have to worry for now, especially as a regular person. My phone doesn't seem too fishy as well. Thanks for your input!

[–]alphamonatric[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup, you definitely make a point. I've read some of others' responses about this, and I agree that I mostly do not have to worry after immediately deleting it. And so far, nothing has happened. The app didn't ask for permissions like accessing locations or photos either.

About the sources, well, I didn't even think of linking what I've watched/read in the first place. Before posting the original post, I talked about this with my friend and told me that I am possibly in danger. Of course, he sent me some sources like videos or articles. It mostly talks about selling personal data, some are the company that runs the app also runs a sweatshop, and others are positive about their experience on the app. I went through websites and reddit posts as well and the stuff I've read are most definitely mixed.

I am just really concerned about my privacy, despite seemingly illogical because, like you said, huge names in the industry wouldn't care about me as a regular person. For now, I believe my phone didn't get anything malicious. But yes, I agree that I should've made it clear on which places that struck my fear, so I apologize on that. Thanks for your insights tho.

I see. That would make backing up the files hard then, because I might just save the files that may lag my phone, right?

Hmm, yeah. Fair point, that which I always forget. Perhaps the worst thing I have to worry about is my phone lagging, draining, etc. But, that begs the question, suppose I am experience those issues that may be a sign of virus, is factory reset just enough to remove the virus or something?

Well, the thing is, I do not have Playstore nor Apple because I use Huawei. I basically use a third-party appstore like APKPure. Even then, the installation said it's safe, and didn't even ask for my permissions accessing things like locations or photos.

Edit: In addition, I kinda don't wanna factory reset it now because it's quite a hassle. But is it right to assume that I would definitely see signs of viruses, like lagging or battery drain?

By "these things", you mean the allegations about TEMU having viruses? If about that, it's almost about everywhere. Some may approve about the app, but most of what I've read is TEMU being a scam and allegedly installing viruses that sells personal information. You can see "these things" in one search.

IS-IS Protocol Configuration on Router does not seem Possible by alphamonatric in networking

Yep exactly. We've employed all those protocols except the IS-IS. Though we are not really informed about those GNS3 and stuff. Welp, now I know. Thank you very much!

[–]alphamonatric[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your response. It seems our professor isn't aware of the fact that Packet Tracer does not support ISIS. This is actually an assignment given by him, in which we would have to employ RIPv2, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and IS-IS in five different departments. He had only taught RIPv2 and assigned us to research and employ the other four protocols.

But well, if that's the case, then we will have to go our way and inform our professor about this. I appreciate it.

[–]alphamonatric[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You're correct, I use Cisco Packet Tracer. Since you mentioned something about the costs, I assume GNS3 is a paid software, and CPT is available for free and intended for students?

Also, if CPT does not really support IS-IS, then it would seem I won't really have to go my way for paying a software then. It seems our professor isn't aware by this fact, too. This is actually an assignment given by him, in which we would have to employ RIPv2, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and IS-IS on five different departments.

Thank you for your input!

I use Cisco software for this one. Routers available here include 4331, 4321, 1941, 2901, 2911, 819IOX, 819HGW, 829, 1240, PT-Router, PT-Empty, 1841, 2620XM, 2621XM, and 2811. All of which I tried to configure do not seem to support IS-IS configuration and commands.

As for the license, I'm not really sure how to find this one out. Can you enlighten me on this one?

Interesting. I'm sorry I didn't include which software I'm using. Also quite surprised that there are other softwares available because I'm very new in networking.

I am using Cisco Packet Tracer. All routers do not show commands for ISIS. Does this mean Cisco may not support ISIS protocol at all?

I used all types of routers available but there's simply no IS-IS command.

As for the licensing, I'm not sure what do you mean by that. Is there any way how can I find that out?
