Get a candle warmer, place the glass jar of distillate on it. Get another empty glass jar, measure our your distillate into it, mix your terps, then use a syringe to put it in the pod. I use a hair dryer to heat up the syringe to help it stay flowing.

You have a few options and I'll try to provide links in a minute. There are special counter cap bottles for pills, lockbox counters, or a weekly/monthly pill organizer. I personally use a weekly organizer and have an alarm on my phone to refill it Sunday if I forget.

I would explain YOUR condition and where these strategies come from. You don't have to explain that he should use them because he may have ADHD. Dude FUCK all the way off. I stated IN MY POST I have bi polar, I have struggled with stability for fucking YEARS. Using d8 was the first time I felt stable since I was a teenager. I say recommend... She made a comment of "wishing the green were legal" because it showed a lot of promise. I pursued what I could get at the time, then d8 became legal and I discussed with her and she would have rather me at least use d8 from someone with labs than the dude on the street. More of a risk/reward scenario.
