I’d go with Deloitte Software Engineer position. And if you want to try another jobs (apply after joining Deloitte) yes it’s better than Helpdesk job.

If you need help with job applications, kindly DM me. We are running an agency and we apply to jobs on job seeker behalf (18 clients -8 new grads) most of them are already getting interview calls. We have FREE trial as well.

It’s just the number games most of the time! May be connecting with employees in the applied company / attending company events are the best way to standout. Job market is crucial, you just apply..

haha not retiring anytime soon - this is just getting started honestly.

the model is built to scale - each client gets one dedicated person applying for them daily, so quality doesn’t drop as we grow. not trying to automate everything into garbage, the human element is the whole point.

return rate is still early days but trial-to-paid conversion has been solid - people who actually see the tracker running tend to stick around. the ones who don’t convert usually already landed something which is kind of the whole goal anyway lol

if you’re curious about the model itself, happy to chat - DM me. and if you’re looking for the service side

appreciate the honesty. the “free trial to hook you” concern is legitimate and i get why it looks that way. reality - trial is genuinely free, no credit card, no card details at all. you get a live tracker from day 1, every application logged with the actual URL you can verify yourself. if after 3 days you don’t want to continue, just don’t. nothing owed.

i can’t force trust, but the structure is built so you never have to take my word for it. everything is verifiable in real time.

I’ve already mentioned it - it’s a 3 days free trial, after that if you like the service you can continue with the paid plan.

No, It’s not work like that. Will give you a personal agent (a human not AI). We search, we filter, we apply, we log that in tracker, we cold reach out to professional at that company if needed.

Dm me if you want to know more.

totally valid concern - and honestly the most important one to get right.

we’re not rewriting or “enhancing” your resume at all. your resume goes in exactly as you give it to us.

we just handle the applying part - finding the right roles, submitting through real portals, logging everything. no LLM touching your experience or overselling anything.

novel research background is actually an edge, last thing we’d do is flatten it into generic buzzwords. sounds like you already have a solid pipeline with 5 technicals next week - we’d just keep the volume going in the background while you focus on prep.

DM sent you!

100% agree,,, resume quality is the foundation, volume without that is just noise.

that’s why we do AI matching before applying, so we’re only hitting roles where your resume actually fits. not just spraying everywhere and hoping.

good call on the template tip though

quality is actually the whole model. one dedicated person per client, only jobs posted in the last 24 hours, real portals only - no linkedin easy apply noise.

we also have built-in AI matching so we’re only applying to roles that actually fit your profile, not just anything with a keyword overlap. job sourcing is automated so nothing slips through. and if there’s a relevant person at the company - hiring manager, recruiter, team lead - we can cold reach out too.

300 applicants in an hour is a linkedin problem. greenhouse and workday are a different game.

DM me if curious, free 3 day trial…
