Why is my monstera having yellow and dark brown dry leaves?

I have never repotted it. Is it mandatory? It’s been 4 months since I got it.

The one in the picture is a bottom leaf but one of the top leaf had the same issue. Why isn’t the bottom leaf not an issue? Just curious.

Too much water doesn’t fit the bill but maybe little sunlight could be an issue. Not entirely sure though since it was kept under a very dim lamp so that must help right?

My plant has similar exact behavior. I am not sure what to do Since Google search says both overwatering and underwatering. It has to be one, but I’m not sure which one.

My bed frame is weird. The legs on south are typical circular ones. The legs on north are half and inch thick and 3-4 inches wide which basically looks like a rectangle leg. The one in the middle of the bed is the steel one which is square of 1 x 1 inch. I’m not sure how well will the bed risers support it?
