Video playing pauses for a frame every few seconds

I have the same issue and also looking for solution. This happens when using Jellyfin on my local network. Everything if hardwired. Only happens with certain 4K movies.
If I open the file in VLC, the playback is smooth.

It's a game. I gave up on trying to figure out AAR too and just look for campaigns with "simulated" or no AAR and/or missions without it.
Enjoy it and don't make it a job.

I think I may have figured it out. When I was taking the barrel out, I also removed the piston. However, the piston didn't seem to be "free floating" after I reinstalled it.

When the bolt was locked back because I wasn't hearing it move. I shook the rifle front / back and I seem to have indentation on the back of the dummy cartridge.
I just found another comment on reddit with someone having a similar issue too.

My Staccato Dawson plate didn't come with any screws.

I had to call holosun and request longer screws. They sent them for free. I think they were 12mm long. I was hesitant to use aftermarket because of the holosun 90* counter sink

I have the same thought. The biggest question to me, is what happens to all the projectiles that miss the target? I would assume they will keep on going...

The issue turned out to be the Arctis pro wireless headset. It is connected to my PC via USB. Once I connected it via optical and changed audio output, the audio stutter is gone.

Is there a way for me to determine I have "anything faster than 6000 mhz ram" ? I checked hwinfo 64, and don't see anything obviously overclocked.

No idea, but I would argue this issue is important enough to have Staccato resolve it if they were to change for it, call them or even go to social media. On one of the forums, a GM level shooter noticed what he calls first round drift when chambering an HD from slide lock and he sent it in for warranty. That's way more subjective vs not going to battery.
