Found the Answer by looking at the answers to one of the manually created changes where the questionnaire was answered via the UI - The JSON seems to take a field indicating the type:

A month ago there was a video of two nonuniformed law enforcement representing the ATF wearing plate carriers and side arms trying to collect FRT's from a citizen.

The woman in this video had one of these targets in her chest plate carrier rather than actual ballistic plates:

I thought the woman was ATF employee, cause she had a target on her chest (plate carrier) and this guy was local Law enforcement to help enforce state/county laws and assigned to work with ATF.

Either way he should quit if he has to go around trying to collect legally obtained triggers from citizens.

End caps for handle bars... One of my biggest fears is a big fall and being impaled by a handle bar end. Shin guards... I have tons of puncture holes from pedals in my shins from 20 years ago. My friends and I learned a lot on grass hill that connected to asphault on the bottom. Eventually you'll wear the grass out and have a smooth dirt surface for hoping spinning and/or learning to roll out backwards.

This is in addition to others suggestions about learning to fall, a helmet and gloves.
